Welcome to InvoiceMaker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Myriad Tech Labs Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the InvoiceMaker mobile application (the "App").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using InvoiceMaker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms of Service
• Our Privacy Policy
• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceMaker is a mobile application for iOS devices that enables users to:

• Create, manage, and send professional invoices
• Generate estimates and quotes
• Track client information and payment status
• Generate reports on income and business activity
• Export invoices as PDF documents
• Manage a catalog of products/services

The App is provided in two versions:

2.1 Free Version

The free version includes:

• Limited invoices: Maximum 3 invoices per month
• Watermark: "Created with InvoiceMaker" watermark on PDF exports
• Advertisements: Display ads from Google AdMob
• All core features (clients, items, estimates, reports)

2.2 Pro Version (Subscription Required)

The Pro version includes:

• Unlimited invoices: No monthly limit
• No watermark: Professional, branded PDFs
• Ad-free experience: No advertisements
• Custom branding: Add your logo and customize colors (future feature)
• Priority customer support

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Free Trial (Weekly Plan)

• Pro Weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial
• You won't be charged during the trial period
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
• After trial ends, your subscription begins, and payment is charged
• Free trial is available once per Apple ID

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Important: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Payment

• Payment is processed through your Apple ID account
• Charges occur at confirmation of purchase (or after trial ends)
• We never see or store your payment information
• Apple handles all billing and payment processing

4. Managing Your Subscription

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap [Your Name] at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select InvoiceMaker
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain Pro access until then.

4.2 How to Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use it on another device:

1. Open InvoiceMaker
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Go Pro
4. Tap Restore Purchases

4.3 Subscription Changes

• You can upgrade or downgrade between plans anytime
• Changes take effect at the next renewal date
• Pro-rated credits may apply (managed by Apple)

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to or control over refunds.

5.1 Apple's Refund Policy

To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find InvoiceMaker subscription
4. Select "Request a refund"
5. Choose a reason and submit

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at Apple's sole discretion.

5.2 No Refunds for Partially Used Periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Features you didn't use
• Dissatisfaction without technical issues
• Forgotten cancellations

Tip: Use the free trial to test Pro features before committing to a paid subscription.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use InvoiceMaker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for fraudulent invoicing or illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment requirements
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute viruses or harmful code through exported PDFs
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• Protect your Apple ID credentials
• Notify Apple immediately if your device is lost or stolen
• We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence

6.3 Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you create
• Ensure all tax calculations and rates are correct for your jurisdiction
• Verify client information before sending invoices
• Comply with local invoicing and tax regulations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

InvoiceMaker, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceMaker is a tool for creating invoices. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local tax laws
• Calculating correct tax rates
• Meeting legal invoicing requirements
• Maintaining proper business records

Consult a qualified accountant or attorney for professional advice.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Ads displayed by Google AdMob (content or accuracy)
• Apple's payment processing or subscription management
• Third-party services you integrate with exported invoices

Note: Since subscriptions are managed by Apple, refunds upon termination are subject to Apple's policies.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ends
• You must delete the App from your device
• All data stored locally on your device remains yours
• No refund will be issued for unused subscription time (unless required by law)

13. Updates and Modifications

Updates may be required to continue using the App. You are responsible for keeping the App updated.
