- Estimates: Estimate information including client details and pricing
Important: All of this data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have servers, and we do not collect, access, or store this information on our end.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
- Usage Data: App launch frequency, feature usage, screen views, and session duration
- Crash Reports: Technical data about app crashes to improve stability
1.3 Third-Party Data Collection
We use third-party services that may collect information about you:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
For users on the free tier, we display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Note: Pro subscribers do not see ads, and AdMob does not track them.

- Backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled (controlled by you)

Important Security Note: Since all your data is stored locally on your device, protecting your device is crucial. We recommend:
- Using a strong device passcode
- Enabling Face ID or Touch ID
- Keeping your iOS updated
- Not jailbreaking your device
4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS 14.5+), we request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
4.1 What Tracking Means
When you see the ATT prompt, we're asking permission to:
- Access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
- Allow AdMob to show personalized ads based on your interests
- Track ad clicks and conversions
4.2 Your Choices
- Allow Tracking: You'll see more relevant ads, and it helps support the free version of the app
- Ask App Not to Track: You'll still see ads, but they'll be generic (not personalized)
- Upgrade to Pro: Remove all ads permanently
4.3 Changing Your Mind
You can change your tracking preference anytime:
- Go to iPhone Settings
- Scroll to Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Find InvoiceMaker and toggle tracking on/off
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 What We Do NOT Share
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Specifically:
- Your invoice data stays on your device - we never see it
- We don't share your business information with anyone
- We don't share your client list with anyone
- We don't access your photos or attachments
5.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted third parties only to provide app functionality:
Google AdMob (Free Users Only)
- What they collect: Device ID, IP address, ad interaction data
- Why: To show ads and measure ad performance
- How to opt-out: Deny tracking permission or upgrade to Pro
Apple Inc.
- What they collect: Subscription status, purchase history
- Why: To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions

- Access: All your data is on your device - view it anytime in the app
- Export: Export invoices as PDFs and share them
- Modify: Edit any invoice, client, or business information
- Delete: Delete individual items or all data from Settings
6.2 Complete Data Deletion
To permanently delete all your InvoiceMaker data:
- Delete the app from your device
- All local data is immediately deleted (invoices, clients, settings)
6.3 Subscription Management
To manage or cancel your Pro subscription:
- Go to iPhone Settings
- Tap [User Name] → Subscriptions
- Select InvoiceMaker
- Cancel or modify your subscription
6.4 Regional Privacy Rights
