These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the eSign: PDF Fill & Signature mobile application (the "App") provided by Myriad Tech Labs Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is intended to help users import, scan, fill, sign, stamp, manage, and share documents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and that any documents you sign or share are accurate and authorized by you.

No Legal Advice

The App is a document productivity tool and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that any electronic signature, stamp, document, or completed file will be legally valid or accepted in every jurisdiction or situation. You should consult a qualified professional if you need legal advice.

Free and Paid Features

Some features may be available for free, while others may require a paid subscription, free trial, or in-app purchase. Paid features, prices, trial availability, and subscription options may change from time to time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Payments are processed through your Apple ID and the Apple App Store. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

User Content and Documents

You retain responsibility for the documents, images, signatures, initials, stamps, and other content you create, import, edit, store, export, or share using the App. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, modify, sign, stamp, and share such content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including creating or modifying documents in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important documents and files. We are not responsible for loss of documents, signatures, stamps, or other data stored on your device or shared through third-party services.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services such as Apple's App Store, iCloud, Files, email, cloud storage, analytics, subscription management, or sharing services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myriad Tech Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
